❖ Extra Characters: +70% of Original Price per character, rounded up;
❖ Complex Character Design: +50% of Base Price, rounded up; Characters with a complex design come with an extra cost that will be decided depending on their difficulty, which includes but is not limited to; long hair, various skirt layers, lace, patterns, tattoos, jewelry, wings…
❖ Custom Character Design: +$80 - Using as many references as you can provide, I can develop a design for your original character, in case they had none before.
❖ Pets/plushies/props: +25% of base price per pet/plushies (if real, will be simplified), rounded up; Pets, plushies, weapons, and props, in general, may have an extra cost depending on their complexity.
❖ Complex Background:: +70% of base price, rounded up. Complex backgrounds such as flowers, scenery, room, and landscape come with an extra cost.

After getting familiar with my Terms of Service, fill the form you'll find on this page.
I’ll reply to you and let you know if I can accept your request or not, then you’ll be put on my waiting list. If my list is empty, I am likely to be able to begin right away. No payment is needed until I notify you it’s your turn.
Payment is necessary for me to begin working on it, and inicial sketches will only be sent after doing so.

By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them, as well as promising you won't request any chargeback.
❖ I reserve the right of canceling your petition if I don't feel like drawing it or you have proved to be troublesome in any way to me or other artists.
❖ Do not ask me to draw in a different style. If you commission me it's because you like my work, not because your favorite artist is busy.
❖ The sketch will only be sent after the payment. I will not begin work until I am properly paid.
❖ The client can request a WIP picture during the process.
➤ Keep in mind that I, as of 10/17/2021, take Sundays off. Thus, any progress asked for then might be non-existent. I have a busy work schedule and do my best to make good progress on them every day, but such a busy schedule worns me, thus the need for a day off.
❖ Once the picture is finished, small changes like color adjustments / adding small details (or fixing mistakes) can be done for free.
❖ Any large changes (e.g., clothing changes, pose, setting) will be charged extra. Please ensure the initial description is accurate.
❖ Artwork received will contain a small signature in a non-obstructive part of the artwork. Versions posted to my online portfolio will be heavily resized and have a much larger watermark.❖ The use of personal artwork for monetary gain is strictly forbidden. Breaking this rule may result in legal action.
❖ Large and resized versions of the artwork are sent after completion.
❖ Layered files and PSDs will not be included.
❖ Commissioner may not resell the artwork itself or claim to have made it (Usage of it commercially, such as merch or promotional artwork, is valid as long as proper payment for it is issued).
❖ I reserve the right to post the artwork to an online portfolio unless previously discussed.
➤ Private artwork or withholding the artist from posting will cost extra.
❖ The client is purchasing digital artwork, not physical prints.
❖ Commissioner/Artist may not share each other's personal details with third parties.
❖ If the client fails to respond to updates for over 3 weeks without prior notice, I am entitled to cancel the commission as I see fit, with no right to refunds, as long as any progress has been made on the artwork.
❖ If the client fails to pay for their commission slot for over 6 months with no good reason, i am entitled to cancel the commission as i see fit, with no right to refunds, as long as any progress has been made on the artwork.
❖ Client shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the artist's work in anny manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the artist's work. Nor shall client sublicense others to reproduce and or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.
❖ Do not upload my artwork into AI datasets/AI generation programs of any kind.
I’m currently not interested in creating manga, comics or video editing.

Copyright
❖ As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it within reason, for example;
➤ Use the picture anywhere in order to promote myself (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters or project), unless stated otherwise prior to the commission.
❖ You are NOT ALLOWED to:
➤ Change, modify or use my works for purposes that weren't discussed in the initial project.
➤ Take credit for the art or remove my watermarks/signatures.
Payment and Commercial Use
❖There are two price tiers:
➤ 1x price, for non-commercial use, meaning the drawing won't generate you any kind of profit, and is something you wish to have for personal enjoyment (such as icon/avatar for non-profit sites (such as your personal DeviantArt or Twitter), using it as your phone/computer background, or printing it to decorate your room (single copy)). Artworks in this tier will, obligatorily, contain a watermark. Artworks in this tier shall never, under any circumstance, be used for any amount of monetary gain. Breaking this rule may result in legal action.
➤ 3x price: commercial use, when the artwork will generate you profit in any way, shape or form, be it indirectly, such as promotional material, CD covers, game assets, social media artworks, or directly, such as body pillow, postcard, merchandise, etc. Artworks in this tier can have my watermark removed and sold as merchandise.
❖ What is NOT commercial use?
➤ Using the artwork as an icon/avatar for non-profit sites (such as your personal devianArt or Twitter), using it as your phone/computer background, or printing it to decorate your room (single copy).
❖ In case of commissions for personal use; If you wish for the artwork to not be uploaded anywhere on the internet there'll be an extra fee of 50% of the total price.
❖ If by any chance you wish to "un-private" that commission in the future (so you can upload it somewhere), you just have to send me a note or message, however, there will be no refunds for the extra private fee.
❖ Payments will be made through P//yp//l and in Dollars (USD) unless I give you other instructions. If you don't know how much prices are in your currency you may use this converter.
❖ I require full payment before I start the artwork.
❖ I will request payment to your P//yp//l address through an invoice. This is to avoid accidental transactions.
❖ If you wish to tip me for doing a good job you can do it through my ko-fi. I will deeply appreciate it ♥
Work Speed
❖ Artwork may take from 1 to 3 weeks to complete, depending on the amount of work that needs to be done.
❖ I will accept and work on any commissions at a first-come first-served basis, unless you want it to be finished before a certain date;
❖ If you need your commission to be finished by a certain date (for example; the commission is a birthday present for someone) you must state it in the form, as it will require an additional fee.
➤ Depending on the deadline, the fee for this will range anywhere from +50% to +150% of the total price.
Changes
❖ After I send you the sketch, make sure to check everything carefully and let me know if anything should be changed.
❖ During the sketch stage, I will accept a maximum of 3 important changes (Such as an outfit addition or subtraction, pose change, background, or anything that makes me have to redraw parts of the picture). After the 3rd change, I have the right to decline any further changes or to charge you an extra fee per change.
❖ Once the picture is finished, I can do small changes for free such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten.
❖ Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for with the commission, as to avoid making major changes midway.
Refunds
❖ I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch. Once I have started the sketch there will be no refunds.
❖ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received unless there's a good reason for it (such as serious financial problems).
❖ If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
➤ Also, note that you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore. Your username and details about the case will be publicly posted for others to watch out for.
